All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date.
Normally all returned items must be in new and unused condition and/or with all original tags and labels attached.

After receiving an RMA #, please the product in its original packaging, including proof of purchase and mail it to the following address:

Return shipping charges are of buyer’s reasonability and won’t be covered by Nutrivitta Wellness.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item (condition is NOT determinant of refund approval) we will process your return.
Please allow up to 15 days from the receipt of your return item to process your refund. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
